To receive an Invitation Letter for your Visa Application,

1. Please complete the registration for the conference. 

2. When filling out the registration form, please indicate whether you would like to receive an invitation letter for obtaining a visa and add the necessary passport information. 

3. Once your registration is complete and the payment is received, an invitation letter will be sent to you via email. 

4. Please note that you are advised to submit your visa application at least 4 weeks before your planned travel date.
